Night Panics - Causes
Causes panic disorder, causes panic attacks anxiety,
In spite of a lot of research dealing with panic disorder, an apt explanation
for the cause of night panics has not been stated. It is unknown why most
of the people wake up in a panicky situation from their sleep. Is it because
that they feel uneasy to breathe and gasp for air or their heart beat
increases or what ever is the reason?
Even the best of the unable to give a proper explanation.
It is a question that no one has answered. And especially if the cause
is known well to the sufferers, they can take steps to prevent it to happen
in the future. Panic disorder sufferers are most likely to wake up often
in their sleep since they experience the panic attacks even in their sleep
at times.
The Panic disorder sufferers can just take a moment and look into the
reason why they woke suddenly and what are they feeling at that instant.
Some may notice that they feel agitated and their heart is beating faster
or they are breathing heavily. It may be because they experience the same
in their dream. So dreams have to be noted carefully.
Most often, people tend to replay the same events that they experience
in their life, in their dreams. It may also be a way to deal with issues
that they have in their subconscious mind. Self-assurance plays a significant
role in overcoming night panics. They need to assure themselves that they
will not have any such problems and deal with panic instead of fearing
for it.
Night panic attacks is becoming very prevalent and it is very frightening
than sleep walking or any such thing. It is even more frightening than
waking in the night terrified or sweating to a greater extent or the heart
pounding such that it may leap off the chest, etc along with many such
symptoms extending for a period of 10-15 minutes. Such attacks at night
hurts the people more compared to day attacks, since this occurs at the
time of rest or energizing, taking off peace and rest out of their minds.
Besides, the panic attacks form like a wave, i.e. one attack follows another,
thus forming a cycle of anxiety which is tough to break. Nearly 2 million
of the US people have panic attacks.
There may be only two main reasons for people failing to sleep. It would
be a physical ailment or stress that will be annoying. The stress is mainly
for experiencing another session of attacks. This can increase the tension
and restlessness and haunt you the whole night.
Night panic attacks frequently are caused for the first period of the
sleep cycle. They are hence not related to dreams. In fact it is the stress
that seems to be the root cause of the night panic attacks. Most of the
people worry about their problems and issues before sleep. Though this
is general, it should not be practiced. This cannot give a solution to
the problem obviously. So it is better to sleep peacefully. Think of only
good things that had happened in life before sleep. Instead of being on
medication, this is the correct way to deal with night panic attacks.
